If you’re looking for a painless, quick and easy way to lose weight then I am sorry to tell you that you are in the wrong place. I’m not here to feed you (no pun intended) BS ways that you can “lose stomach fat working out only 5 minutes a day.”

If you are fed up with being unhappy with your body and lifestyle and are looking for a serious life change then you ARE in the right place and I hope you enjoy it here because we are in for a long, worthwhile journey.


To assure you that I know what it’s like to be Overweight & Under-Happy, let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I have been on my weight loss journey since March 7, 2017. I had hit the point of rock bottom. I had become depressed. I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes. I would wear my husbands shirts because they fit me better than my own but even those eventually got too tight on me. I hated taking pictures (so no, I don’t have much “before” photos) I would look down and feel my chin folding over and covering my neck. I was paranoid. Anytime someone would laugh or look over in my direction, I immediately thought they were making fun of me because of how I looked. I wasn’t in any way obese but I am only 5 ft tall. I was way overweight and it showed. So the day after my one year marriage anniversary I decided that I was DONE. Done not being able to fit into the clothes that I wanted, done recieving looks as if I was some sort of outcast and done feeling less than perfect in my own skin.

My starting weight was 148.7lbs and I am proud to say that I am down to 116lbs as of today, November 6, 2017.
